Timothy Braginton started his Law Enforcement career in 2013 as a Deputy Sheriff for a large Metropolitan Sheriff\u2019s Office in Northern Nevada.\u00a0 <\/span>During his service he has worked in detention, district court, patrol and administrative assignments.\u00a0 <\/span>Tim served as a member of the Hostage Negotiations Team for several years.\u00a0 <\/span>He has been a member of his agency\u2019s SWAT team for over 7 years serving in several capacities including as an assistant team leader of the sniper section. \u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n In 2020 Timothy was selected to be his agency\u2019s range master where he was responsible for the development and presentation of all firearms related curriculum.\u00a0 <\/span>During his assignment he developed curriculum for agency continuing education training, the regional academy, state academy and multiple special teams.\u00a0 <\/span>He developed and presented material to local, regional, state and federal agencies.\u00a0 <\/span>Tim has thousands of hours of instruction time presenting a broad variety of curriculum to a multitude of different skill levels and student types.\u00a0<\/p>\n Timothy holds instructor certifications in a variety of disciplines issued by local, state and federal entities.\u00a0 <\/span>Tim holds a Bachelors of Science in Business Management and Automotive Restoration.\u00a0 <\/span>Tim currently works as a patrol Field Training Officer continuing his dedication to the development of his peers.\u00a0 <\/span>He is a teacher at heart and understands the critical importance
